Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    inatke mainifold ?

    i got an F series dropped in and now i have an engine light. i think it may be the 02 sensor. also on the intake mainifold all the way to the right there are two prong type things. should something be connected to those? i found this pic online and circled the two hoses in red.

    Ass long as all the thing that need vaccum line are taking care of then just cap them off.

      Hey man. Same thing happened to me when I got my new engine swapped. It threw 3 codes, and I just reset the computer. (Take negative terminal off, and take out the Radio fuse in the fuse box under the hood of the car). Codes went away, but...if you do that, then the CEL comes back on, check this link out.
      Easy way to let ya know exactly what's wrong. Oh, and after you do the stuff with the comp. reset, might wanna take your car for a spin. My car seems to take awhile for it to find the problem, and pop that Check Engine Light on. After I reset the battery, out of those 3 codes (Speed Sensor, o2 sensor, and EGR valve), the o2 sensor code came back after a few days. Come to find out, it wasn't hooked up. Dumbass mechanics around here.

        I'm pretty sure those two nipples supply the cruise control and fuel pressure regulator with vacuum.

          thanks all you guys for your replies. i have reseted the ECU and it will go away for a while. and come back. thanks for the link.
