The ST rear sway doesn't require drilling holes into the subframe, it just uses brackets that reuse the factory subframe bolts.

The Progress has a little bit more work involved to install, but isn't bad. You'd need a drill and drill bit for this though, as it requires you to make some holes in the subframe for the brackets to go on. But it is 22mm vs 21mm for the ST so there is a difference but not a noticeable one.

I've installed both and the ST is easier, but I would've preferred the Progress on mine but I just got a smokin deal on my ST so that's why I went that route.
