ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    low beams dont work....

after going through all my fuses and stuff, making sure everything is good...my low beams stoped working....my high beams and my drls work (their the same bulb...), but my low beams dont...i found the wiring diagram, and i looked everything over....everything crossed out in red are working properly...i also tried using another headlight switch...no go

im at a loss....i also tried grounding the light and using the power from the source, still nothing, but the bulbs work if i put 12v to them.

    im driving a 92 accord EXR f22a6.

    any ideas?

i just tried taking a bulb out, running a wire from the r-headlight fuse to the bulb, and used the battery for a ground, and it worked...so i have power at the fuse..so it must be the power line from the fuse box to my low beams......

I slept on your problem and the only thing I can think of is ground you have already covered. You are right it seems to be power to the bulbs and with that in mind the most likely failure point would be the relay. Sorry I can't be more helpful.

i tried replacing the relay with the one out of my other accord (91 exr, f22a6), which i know works, there is no change....im starting to think that ill just hook up a relay to the headlight fuse, and hook up a wire directly to the bulbs, that way they'll automatically turn on when i turn on the headlights, as well the low beams will stay on when i got my high beams on. cant think of any other way of fixing it *shrugs* if anyone else has any suggestions, im open to them. Thanks anyways vtechead.
