91 a4 header to 93 a1

ok i got a 93 dx which has the o2 sensor on the exhaust manifold right under the heat shield.. i picked up a 91 manifold off an ex an went to put it on...lo an behold no o2 bung...how do i go about getting this manifold on..is there a way around it or am i just gonna have to get the o2 bung welded on? thanks

You need the downpipe. There is a O2 bung on that.

so i need to keep the downpipe that i have on there now...? does the top part off the 91 manifold bolt up to the 93 dx downpipe?

well ive got the whole 91 piece up until the cat...i see the o2 an all but uh...am i jus gonna have to extend the wire for the clip?

Yes all you need to is lengthen it.

the EX models do. they don't have one on the exhaust mani. though.

so is the o2 reading from a diff spot gonna throw off the a/f or anything?
