ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Low Idle after 45min-60min of Driving or High Idle

    Hello

Have 93 accord EX Coupe A/T

I recently experienced low idle (200-350 RPM) after driving for 45min to 1 hr. I have to rev it (Put in Neutral ) to keep it back up or the car start vibrating. Or sometime it Idle at 1200-1500RPM on Neutral and 900-1100 in Drive.

This what i have done so far.

Change Spark Plug, Valve Cover Gasket, O-Ring (Upper and Lower Spark Plug Tube), Distributor Cap and Rotor and also New O ring for it, New Fuel Filter, Change Transmission Fluid.
Clean the throttle body with Deep Creep and tooth brush
    clean IACV
    Tighten FITV white ring
    Seafoam (break booster line)
Fuel Injector Cleaner into gas tank

can't get to EGR because the bolts are a Bitch even with PB Blaster

What else should i look at?

The car run fine and very smooth but this problem is annoying and wasting my gas

    Thank Again

Yeah there is instructions how to test it in the Haynes book, I think there may be a DIY on here, not sure.

But actually you could just when it happens unplug the IACV and see if it makes any difference.

check to make sure your FITV is set right, it could be loose. take the cover off and you shouldnt be able to feel air rush through when its warm

Isnt FITV come on when the car is cold and then it off when car is warm?

This happen after 45min of driving but it does go away after a while but then come back on

I already screw down FITV. I dont get Up and Down Idle when cold that already been fixed. I already follow DIY except EGR cleaning
