Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Grrr....

    Alright... i've taken out this H22 like 4 times now with a buddy of mine (92accordbl) and we just got it back in and now it won't start.

    We have plugged everything in, checked all the grounds, checked for ecu code (none), checked the main relay, checked the fuses and nothing...

    When you attempt to start the car, no gas comes out the fuel line...

    WHAT IS MY PROBLEM?!

    does your main relay click at all...if not replace it...no fuel no start buddy...also check for spark...but do it safely with out starting fires...im not being a dick or anything...let us know

      checked the main relay...even took his out and put it in my car and my car starts, it ran before....the CEL isnt even kicking on either so there is no chance for pulling codes.

        check to see if either the ecu fuse in the underhood fuse box and the one in the drivers kick panel are ok? just a thought?

          Can you hear the pump whirring? Which fuel line? Before orafter the filter?

            I just tried again and i can't hear the fuel pump whirring...

            Let me explain the before...

            One of my injectors popped out of the hole where it was supposed to sit so i had to semi-put it back in and drive home with it like that. I wasted 1/4 a tank of gas. After that, the line that connects to the fuel pressure regulator, poured gas while i wasn't at home.

            Does that help?

              I also had problems starting my H22A when I swapped it, and I didnt hear the fuel pump either...
              Bought a new main relay, but it still didnt help...
              Then I tried to jump the contacts for the fuel pump on the main relay, and it started!
              Take away the jumper and it stopped...
              This was only a problem with the p13 ECU.

                Haha, i have a p13...

                BUT...

                When the car is off, about 1 minute and 30 seconds later, i hear the whine of the pump...

                I'm thinking its a ground problem somewhere inbetween the relay (Because it has power (just checked)) and the pump (because i heard it)

                Gonna check soon...

                        Now the check engine VERY faintly comes on. It only comes on when the main relay makes the spark like noise so it flashes on and off as the main relay makes the noise...

                          i say check all the fuses or the little brown and black boxes under the steering column ( forgot what they're called.) my old teggy had the same problem and we switched one of them out and it started right up

                            I have a question, how many grounds are there?

                            I have 4 right now.

                            1. The starter ground.
                            2. The ground under the starter. (chassis)
                            3. The ground beside the battery. (chassis)
                            4. Valve cover ground. (chassis)
