ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

maybe that PB blaster should soak in for like 24+ hours... thats what I did and to my exhaust also. But yea I wouldn't want you to try to strip it. Here are some clues to help you get it out though.
1. get a crazy long lever! Get an old thick pipe to but around the breaker bar.. I bet this will be the method the shop uses if they are having issues and they dont wanna risk breaking a ratchet or impact wrench.
2. Try tightening it... if you are having a hard time breaking it loose try to break it tighter. That will allow more pb blaster to get in too.
3. Try heating up the bolt... no necessarily with a torch but maybe with a heat gun. Just be careful that you dont light any pb or oil on fire! :P I've never had to do this on a car but it works great on other old bolts Ive ran across.
4. last resort would be to get it cut or drilled out but that would really be a bitch with that engine in the way!
Or take it to a shop and let them worry about it, at least you dont have to pay for parts.AD5OS

The CVs are not connected to the crossmember. Why would they be? They spin! The radius rods are connected. Take them off with it.
While you're at it... just buy a traction bar from ESP to replace the front crossmember

Are you fucking kidding? Remove it?
That mount is vital, and i stress vital to your vehicle.
Unfortunately I just had mine become disconnected, my axle separated from the other part of my cv and I had to get towed home.
Whatever you do.......When your done make sure it isn't going anywhere
(When your friend with an h22 hits the wrong bump... he'll lose an axle.Meh, not feeling the honda game anymore.
MY CAR IS SOLD!!!
