ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Having fun with an H22 swap

So the saga continues.....Originally I started this swap 3 weeks ago and it was easy going at first. F22 out, prep wiring and engine bay,, easy day. Then came the exciting part. I had to get a prelude high press. power steering line, which also had to be slightly modified to fit/work properly. Oh- and I just had to have A/C!...,,,, 3 belts later and some tweaking. So JDM downpipes do not mate with accord catalytic converters by the way. Had to get a custom pipe fabricated for that to work and I said good bye to my cat! (good riddance)Did I mention that I'm still waiting for my throttle body! I guess the company I was going through stopped stocking it after I had already bought it and been waiting 3 weeks! So I had to do some creative footwork to find one that would work. I already had the upper plenum bored, so here I am waiting til at least next tuesday for my throttle body. knock on wood, but i should be good to go then. The motor is in and it looks good, but thats it for now! I just want to fire it up! Oh-well it'll be worth the wait, just wanted to update my progress! I'll post another thread when I get it all going, tuned and dyno'd. laters

          H22a Swap..

It is a very nice motor for that car.. I have one in mine and I love it to death. I would make small suggestions of upgrade your motor mounts to Innovative mounts, Hondata is a must and awesome and well worth it, light weight flywheel and a nice free flowing exhaust, and CAI with a bypass valve or SRI.

This is a simple swap. I used the stock harness with some small mods. I have a couple of good tunes for the s300 H22a setup...
