Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Help Car Won't Start!

    Okay this morning I go to start my car going to work and no start. The engine doesn't even rotate. And no sound of even trying to start. Just the little click sound. I have a 92 ex coupe manual. I think mayb the battery is dead but apparently all the lights,radio and evrything work. So y isn't it turning on!

    u need a new battery, u still can turn on the lights and radio cuz they only needs a little voltage but ur battery is dead.

      Do you think jumping it could work? I just don't get how the battery could die out of nowhere. Its a duralast and its not even a year old .

        Its your starter. Remove your starter and have it tested. I guarante that its the starter

            I'm going to get the battery checked rite now. If its not that then I guess its the starter. The starter is to the left of the slave cylinder rite? And does anyone know around how much these run for?

              Ok I just went 2 get the battery checked and its fine. Now I'm going to go pull out the starter and get that tested. If that's messed up , putting in a new one will get my car 2 start or is there another possible reason y the car doesn't start

                Its your starter if you already tried jumping the car. Sometimes the battery doesn't give enough juice for the starter to even get the car cranked.

                  I just don't get how this could happen. I took the car out at 5am for 10 minutes and it started fine. At 8am it messes up. I took the battery 2 advance auto parts and they said the battery is good so now I'm taking the starter and see what they say

                    I changed the starter and that fixed it . Just wanted 2 thnk evry1 hoo replied 2daii .. This site rocks!

                          My starter crapped out did the same *** click noise. Starts helluva lot better now though
