ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

    91 suspension question

To make a long story short i avoided a accident by steering off the road. as a result of that i eff'd up my car.i need to get a major alignment and also i see the outer tread of my tire rapidly shreading the question is how would i fix this?

Get an alignment done and rotate the tires to see if it goes away.

Something is bent - I suspect it will be the hub/knuckle if the wheel is tilted outward.
Get it to a shop asap - cars aren't safe to drive with highly misaligned suspension

it looks like your axle is not sitting straight, like it's cocked at an angle. But look at your radius rods and upper and lower control arms to see if any of those look bent at the bushing/mounting point. Also inspect your balljoints, upper/lower/tierod (steering rack) to see if they're in safe shape.

Were those pics taken w/ a cell phone? they're kinda crappy pics if you could take some w/ a digi. cam perhaps it would turn out a bit better? and if you could get pics of the entire assembly a little bit further out so we can see the whole suspension vs. just parts close up that might help a bit.

your tire would def. need replacing though, since its already worn to the belts

i cant see anything MAJORLY wrong but the quality of pics are hurting my eyes lol. You wanna just take the car in for an alignment and if its just out of wack, they can fix it. If somethings bent or broken or messed up too bad they will tell u and they wont charge due the fact that u went in for an alignment and they couldnt do it lol.

I think its either the lower arm or knuckle that is bent, the wheel alignment people should be able to tell you as they can see the car in person
