ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

The idle is not to bad now. I think its the weather since its warming up here in AZ. But I'm not Sure about the TB either. But it could of been. I plan on getting the Skunk 2 Intake Manifold and TB in a few weeks. I have a few lil things to take care of first like my shifter cable that got stretched and a CV boot that cracked and leaking as well as figuring out whats making that whistle when I step on the gas. As well as the drop in idle and power steering. But other thna those things I love my motor its really fun to drive. All sleeperish.

I know why power steering is heavy now.

Yea it because of the crack in the Boot.

Where can I adjust my idle?

Where is it that I can adjust my idle. My firend was doing it for me but I didnt pay attention when he was doing it. Now I cant get a hold of him so I can adjust it again since my idle still acting up? And does any one know why when I try to start up my car it takes a while to crank over? And some times when I get it started it feels like it is going to shut off on me but in a few seconds it runslike normal.

right next to the red hose (charcoal canister hose) there is a bolt that is for a flat headed screwdriver and that controls your idle. theres a local member on here that says that the screw will back out due to the natural harmonics of the motor and will cause the idle to raise. a very high idle will also cause the motor to surge.

how does your spark plugs look?

i think the f20b does not come with that screw that u normally find on the f20a, h22a, etc,...

that is if u r hving the stock TB,...

if i'm not mistaken,... there's a tuning screw at the back of the IM,...

              correct me if i'm wrong,...

for mine,... tuning is by adjusting the dizzy position, or by means of using the scanner

I'm pretty sure not that I'm running a H22 TB.

                    Any idea why?

Does any one have any idea to why sometimes it takes awhile for my car to crank over? Usually it starts up normal but occationally it takes a while. And some times when it does crank over it feels like its going to die but then it runs normal.
