I was looking under my 91EX (which already came with a highflow muffler installed when I bought it), but it wasn't until now that I noticed the piping (between cat area and the muffler) seems HUGE to me. It just doesn't "look" stock, as it seems to protrude visibly out from under the normal profile of the car, but it might be. I first noticed it coming out of the store as I was walking towards my car in the parking lot; I could see the exhaust piping (in front of the muffler) hanging below the chasis (without having to bend down to look at it). I thought at first maybe I hit something and made my exhaust fall off the chasis, but when I took a closer look under the car, I can see the top of the piping is as close to the chasis as it can be, and that it's just so "big" to me that it still sticks out past the bottom of the car's profile.
Judging from my eyeball measurement, I'd say it looks at very close to 3" diameter. What is stock diameter?
I'm wondering if I have some sort of custom exhaust setup that I didn't even know about.
