Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Place to say hello?

    Is this the place to say hello? Mods, I apologize if it's the wrong place.
    Anyhow,
    I'm a new 90 CB7 owner. Name is Dominik, from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Picked up a 4 door auto for 500bucks CAD. At first I knew an H22 can be swapped in but I thought custom parts were needed, however, after doing research I found that it's extremely easy. I found this site through JDMRIDES.CA which is a local car club - Yes I'm a JDM whore.
    I plan on converting to 5 speed and dropping the H deuce deuce.
    I'm not new to Hondas, I've had a 97' Acura EL with a ITR swap and other goodies, 89' EF with a B16 with goodies and my latest (sold) was a 92' EG with complete ITR conversion, 5 lug, itr motor, itr interior, etc etc.
    I have quite a bit of experience with Honda's as well as DSM's. The amount of info on this site is amazing. I hope to contribute with DIY as I progress with my project. I know there are tons of write-ups, but I find the more info the better. There are a few questions I have about the h22 swap but I have to search more before I ask questions which are already answered somewhere.

    Sounds like you know quite a bit! Good! We could use more knowledgeable people around here. You can never have enough!

    Do yo have any pictures of the EL? We don't have those in the US (well... it's a Civic... but still... )

    The CB7 has a much different feel from the Civics, and even the H22 can seem boring in comparison to a boosted DSM... but there's a subtlety to the CB7 that I have yet to find in any other car (even other Accords)

      and i too request pics of the EL. i just love the first gen. ones! i don't see too many done up right and it sounds like yours was so pics please.

      and one more thing. were having a meet on the 28th in Toronto. if you think your going to be able to make it, PM me and i'll add your name to the list. hope to see you there.

        I'm really good with mechanical aspects of cars, my electrical skills have to improve... which is were my H22 questions are, but like I said, I'm still researching. No pics of the EF

                  Is it the same as the Domani? I remember talking about that thing recently, and now I can't remember what we were saying about it!

                  It's really just a Civic with some minor appearance differences. I'd love to get one in the US to look different... and do the B18C swap
