Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

      The post count was lifted due to excessive repetitive questions (I think). Also postwhoring is another reason.

            keep giving compliments , share your knowledge. Keep your eyes off the post count number, in no time hey you're a cb7t member. I beleive it's either 50 or 100 posts.

              There was no post count raise or anything if any of you read the rules. Anyway if you just got it takes a while for the system to recognize it and allow you to post in other forums.

                alright well i was just wondering because i have not been postwhoring and have been answering questions and asking my own.. but its all cool i just thought it was an automatic thing so no worries

                  Im not aware of any post count requirement increase...

                  anyway, it usually takes an hour or two after you reach 30 for the information to propagate the server. Why such the rush?

                          Please do not make statements about the rules of this forum unless you know for a fact that they are correct.

                          The count is at 30. It has never been raised from that number, and won't be until I see fit... and that will be noted in the sticky threads at the top of this forum.

                          As for the stickies, it says quite clearly that it can take up to an hour for the system to update. Even when I try to set it lower, it does not do anything faster than an hour. Therefore, when you hit 30, it'll take up to an hour for you to be able to post in the rest of the forums.
