Man, you guys aren't going to believe this shit! I live off of an Interstate that runs parallel to a Highway, well traffic here its hell because these small town people are in big city traffic every rush hour. So, anyway, this cat about takes off my front right fender getting into a turning lane I'm already in; he runs me off the road into a grass median/ditch where I gun it to straighten my rear end up and pull back up in front off him. Big deal no injury, just another dumb-ass. I cut across traffic and pull into the parking lot looking for a space and this dipshit comes ramming me @about 40mph head-on in a black S-10 truck! My cb7 is dropped almost a full 2in so its totaled! I have a bruised sternum and two bruised ribs from my set belt a busted right hand and both knees hit the dash! The dude works for Boeing as an engineer and is 51 years old! Now I have about 10 grand in my accord but its a 90 coupe and i know his insurance isn't going to pay but 2grand. I went and took photos and will retain an attorney but can you believe that shit! The police officer didn't even do anything! Just said it was his fault and told us where to pick up the reports. I'm going to the tow lot and will post pics ASAP. Oh and the cop was just across the street and didn't notice a thing. Way to protect and serve Madison police department!

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Oh no! I couldn't believe it when I read your post and found out the your accord had been totaled! I'm glad to hear that you are okay though.
People drive like such idiots here, I know exactly what you are talking about and I can relate to you. Just this week alone I had near misses to my front right fender whilst on 565, on two occasions. And someone ramming into you in a parking lot... wow... that's just crazy.
Anyway hope everything works out, keep us updated.

wow that's really fucked up.
we get the occassional dumb ********** that drives and swerves like he's drunk. last night on my way to work some dumbass in a ford escort with the trunk weighed down or something was in front of me, this guy i'm not sure why but drove into oncoming traffic so he could make a right turn.

Thats stupid drivers for you. Anyways i'm glad your alive, breathing, and not too terribly hurt. I'd collect all your reciepts for all your purchases, if they were private party, get a note from the seller stating how much they were bought for. If there is no chance of repairing your cb7, then go junkyard hopping, and find you another cb to transplant into a new cb7. Don't like the new interior? Swap it from your old car!
In my cb7's case, i had her for 6 months before the accident and put 12k miles on her since then, i bought her for $3708 before title/tax w/ 117k! I could have gotten every penny back if i let them haul her away, but i said no, i kept her, got her fixed, and now she's better then new! Thank you pemco for my new one piece headlights, alarm, head unit, speakers, and $500 cash in my pocket. mwuah ha ha ha
Also before you have your car appraised by the insurance, completely detail the interior, and the undamaged body panels, just wipe them down with a sponge and soap, and dry it off, it will help you get as close to full value of your car as you can.
