Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

      We are not involved in the transactions that take place here. Think of it as doing business on a city street... the city is not affiliated with those that do business there.

      We are not in a position to judge who is right and who is wrong in a transaction. We are unable to prevent "scammers" from re-registering with a new name and doing it again with nobody knowing. We are unable to force anyone to surrender funds or products owed.


      Therefore, banning would be pointless. It would be getting involved. We tried that before, and it just got messy... and NOBODY benefited from it. Worse, it didn't help the situation one bit.


      The Classified forums are now set up so people must at least consider the fact that they and they alone are responsible for their money.

        ah but you pming me telling me that ur deleting a post that i questioned a member about his services is getting involved then threating me with a ban cause jose is ur buddy is messed up personnally i would leave the post if i was a mod and let the buyer/s judge for themselves and see what has happened to other member/s so they may make the decision on ther own not threaten me with a ban and deleting the post maybe i should just repost it

          It has nothing to do with Jose being my buddy.

          I don't even know him.

          It has to do with you making accusations with no proof.

          You can't even provide the link to the conversation you were quoting.

          I told you in the PM to deal with it like an adult and you refused.

          Congratulations. Take 2 weeks off.

                I say it over and over again... every chance I get. If you have a problem with a transaction, that's YOUR problem. If you didn't take the proper precautions, that sucks for you... but I can't help. I'm not going to get involved. That means I won't ban "scammers". Hell, I never even banned the guy that scammed ME!

                We ban flamers, not scammers. If you want to flame a scammer, YOU get banned. It sucks, but it's not my fault you trusted some random guy with your money. It IS my responsibility to keep this forum free of unnecessary drama.

                      Yeah, people just seem to think that someone else will protect them. And then when they've been wronged, suddenly they think the rules don't apply to them anymore. There are NO rules against scamming... not because we support scammers, but because we can't do anything about them. There are rules against flaming. We can do something about flamers... and we do.

                              me too i got 3 days. i contacted deev and got off 3 hours early out of respect for my buyers and their info located in my pm's. but it's simple don't fuck up. and in my case if your thread is locked leave it alone and don't repost it in a new thread <-- got banned for it
