Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

          A) Im fat BUT ive never used it as an excuse for handicapped plates.
          B)Yoink! Ima hafta make a sign of that sometime.

          And lastly, I was thinking of this the other day which kinda got me on a mini rant....Nothing pisses me off more, in a parking lot, than seeing a handicapped vehicle in a non-Hc spot. They can park where ever they want, and we have to watch them park in our spots If a non-Hc person can get a ticket for parking in a Hc spot, than Hc's should get tickets for vice versa. Granted, if there arent any Hc spots, ill be leiniant[sp?] but i have seen far too many times where some person-old, fat, handicapped, disabled, or (ugly ) has had a Hc plate or plakard and parked in a non-HC spot while there where plenty of Hc spots. The reason they parked there--it was closer than the actual Hc spot. Sorry matt, just got me relapsing, lol.

            hahaha thats funny.....but what i hate most is fancy as cars like the benz and bmw.....e.t.c......with HC PLATES.......what is up with that and the person be old as shit and fine in health............ ....oooooh well!......thats why i DOUBLE park behind them and cut off my engine switch and act like my car broke down so they can't get out.......lol...but i only do this when they are being a ass hole with me

                      Very nice and very true. My grandma has handicapped plates and she deserves them she has had both knees replaced and she cant walk long distances so she needs them. She has been known to park directly in front of the store if there are cars in the handicapped spots that dont have the right tag.
