Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    New Member, old CB7 Lover

    Hi everyone. this is my first time posting on this board. I've had my CB7 since 1994! it's been thru tons of stages but for the last 5 years it's just been sitting in my folks driveway getting sunbleached. I've finally decided to bring her back to life recently. Here's a picture of her from around 2000 or 2001.



    these are the things i had on her at the time of the pic:::::::::

    DC Ceramic Headers ( now with nice flattened down pipe )
    custom muffler shop exhaust with Ultra Flo Muffler and 3" Sebring exhaust tip
    Ground Controls
    Tokico Blues ( probably blown by now)
    K & N cylindrical filter
    Power Slot slotted rotors
    Alpine 7554 head unit with 12 disc Ai-Net changer (now stolen)
    generic rear tie bar
    Neuspeed upper tie bar
    NGK wires
    17" SSR GP-Theta wheels

    she's at Earl Scheibs right now getting a new paint job, hopefully i get her back tomorrow Already bought a set of blacked out Stanley 1-piece headlights with amber corners, and i've thrown in a stock radio for now. She's running a little sluggishly right now and the tach goes crazy when i'm under heavy throttle. just gotta weed thru all the problems and get her back in shape. i'll put up some pics of my car when i get it back from the paint shop. thanks for reading. this forum rocks! have a nice day.

          Def update with new pics. Looks like you had quite a few EXT mods as well, like the eyelids, grill or grill emblem, perhaps some kind of aftermarket tail and maybe even a diff antenna...? Lookin good. Welcome Back!

                          man, i look at all these nicely done up 4th gens and i am always lusting after my own. Unfortunately, it's back home in arkansas and i'm all the way over here on the east coast. Any how, welcome man!

                              Good to be here. Yeah i'm from SoCal. I grew up in Monterey Park and was always exposed to awesome fixed up cars. seemed like everywhere i looked there was a slammed prelude with SSR super fins or gale rims. I bought my accord used with 9200 miles on it in 1994. Had to wait to see what the (at the time) new 5th gen looked like first. I still liked the way the 4th gen looked so i started hunting for a used black one. Then in 2000 the car was becoming unreliable. It's left me stuck in the left turn lane enough times where i finally considered getting a new car... but i knew that i would hang onto this car. So i joined the ranks of the SUV crowd and got a Pathfinder. Then about a month ago my parents needed a car so i gave them my Pathfinder and got an IS 350. But the area where i work in is notorious for people with bad parking skills so i need a commuter car for work. That's when i decided to bring my accord back to life. At first it was just gonna be my commuter car for work. but the interior door handle was cracked. so that's when i jumped on ebay to look for a new one and was amazed with all the crap u can get for CB's now and was bit by the tuning bug again. so now here i am... Sorry for being so long winded. thanks for reading.
