Well my friend and I were cruising to a Starbucks to chill. I drived my CB7 and my friend drived a 99 Integra GSR. We were all minding our own business until both of us saw a Civic Si. It was brand new since it still had the dealer plate. Well my friend in the integ was in front of the civic and I was behind both of them. We're all crusing down the street and I passed the Civic like as if I was doing nothing. My intent was not to race at all but catch up to my integ friend. Well the Civic pulled up close to me and the ppl in the car were laughing 
Then a few seconds later they cut me off! At the time I was 
. I was tempted to cruise past em at WOT but I didnt want a ticket or anything. It was on a 35-40 lane. From there the Civic tryed to catch up to my integ friend but there was a car in front of them. So they attempted to change lanes and they almost hit a car on its side. The car in the next lane reacted and steered to the right to avoid the hit. Well I saw all this happen 
. And the ppl in the Civic were soo embarrased and quiet from what happened they took the next left turn. As I was cruising past em I made sure they saw my disappointment. When we all got to the coffee shop, my friend mentioned the Civic was trying to catch up to him to race but I told him what happened lol. Well thankfully no one got hurt.
