ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Thanks Raf.

It looks like the car is a little lower on the front drivers side. This has me puzzled since it's a pretty straight forward install.

Only thing I can think of is that the upper control arm needs to be loosened and then retightened at a different position.

If anyone sees anything that they feel is important to point out, feel free to do so. Thanks.

This suspension restoration has been excellent! I hope it rides like new now.

Thanks for your help along the way SSMAccord, I appreciate it. It does ride nice. I may need to make a few adjustments but it definitely rides better than before.

I was looking at the photos and I noticed, how funny is it that I finished this upgrade in October, and the springs and shocks look like a pumpkin. lol

Couple other things... The front dust boots were way too large, I had to trim them down and unfortunately my exacto knife skills were a little lacking, so the trimmed portion is kind of jagged, as seen in one of the photos. If I had to do it over again I would have bought two rear sets of dust boots because the rears seem like they would have fit the front much better.

I also probably should have trimmed the front bump stops, maybe take a quarter inch off but I left them as is. We'll see how long they hold up. lol

The axle boots are not torn nor are they clicking, so I left the original axles for now.

And leave it to my luck to go to the park for a photo shoot only to not notice I had parked in a spot with a big oil stain. lol (doh). The car leaks zero fluids, the oil pan gasket was redone last year when the timing belt and water pump were replaced (with OEM parts at the dealer).

So yeah, I'm happy it's done for now, and I'm sure my brother is happy to have his Accord back in service.
