ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

New to site about to buy 92 Accord

Hey guys, How's it going? I'm new to the site and about to buy a 1992 Honda Accord. I've been a Honda owner for many years. My first Honda was a 93 Prelude Si, then I moved to a 3rd gen Accord. I love the 3rd gens mine was an 88 Dx that I converted to fuel injection thanks to the help of my boy over at 3geez. If anyone is interested here is a link to my swap http://www.3geez.com/forum/accord-pi...tml#post990325
During my 88 conversion I purchased an 87 Prelude, but lost interest in it. Later I bought a 2 door 89 Lx-i but ended up parting it out and scrapping it due to a blown head gasket/cracked head. I could have and would have put time into it, but it was an automatic and the exterior was fairly rough. For the past several years I've been rocking a 1990 Acura Integra. I love it, but I love Accords more. So now I'm going to buy a 92 Accord 4 door 5 speed with a blown up engine. I found this site and have never messed with the F22 some hopefully I'll gain some knowledge about them and learn about mods and swaps. Looking for great things with this 92.

Welcome. There is certainly lots of info about the F22 on here! Lots about the H22 as well (which, honestly, I like better than the F22... I'm biased, though... I've been swapped since 2003!)

I have a 3rd gen as well, though I've rarely driven it. The CB is more luxurious, but not quite as sporty as the 3rd gen.

Only site I know with guys who have experience with F22's and H...I have learned so much here. When I have a question...I usually look here.
I have a 92 wagon and a 91 coupe. My first wagon got a f22 to same swap and it was a breeze for the guys who did it. But that wagon was stolen. Got another 92 wagon and this one is a 5speed and many more miles on it, but it looks awesome. The coupe was good till it got hit. Been reliable for the main part but a constant $ pit with the suspension . I still haven't totally fixed the body and paint since the accident in 2008.
Still the F22 is understandable even for a guy like me who pays to get most stuff fixed.
