ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Finally Introducing My CB7

What's up everyone. I finally took pictures of my cb7 and I wanted to finally post them up. I've had my cb7 for about eight years now as a daily driver. I've driven it everywhere and back, thrashed on so many different levels, but all-in-all, it's taken good care of me, so now it's time to do the same. Finance was the primary reason for why I haven't invested too much into it, but since I'm almost done with school I decided it's time to work on it as a project. Most of the damage on my car is on the front and rear passenger side of the frame. It'll be a slow but definitely a fun process. Hopefully I can get it in decent shape for that CAM meet this June. Gonna cruise the "one" so I can enjoy the beautiful scenery. Anyhow, here's my cb7 beater as of now.

    Hey! Im in sacramento to!

So what plans you got for her?
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

    Retro!

Eventually I want to do a f20a dohc swap/rebuild and convert over to a manual 5 speed. Until then more cosmetic work. JDM Fenders/ Sidemarker, Fogs, bumper pole, etc. I also want to fix the frame so it sits more flush. Mesh gold tires that were optional for the dx trim.

Yeah, I can see the tweak on the front bumper.

Solid ride though. Its nice to see some more sacramento people.

Jdm fenders are no different than USDM fenders except for side markers. There's s DIY tutorial on here somewhere for the side marker installation. Also, good luck find the rims from the DX. I think those are 14s which look really small on the CB but I like the design and they are extremely rare. Some enkie 92s (15x8) or BBS RS reps (15 or 16x8) might be better suited if you can't source the DX rims.

Ok cool. Thanks for the tip. I actually already have fenders with the cut out; just need to sand down some rust then paint them. I'm still looking for the sidemarkers hoping I get lucky at the JY. My goal really is to go oem as much as possible so hopefully I get those mesh wheels. I'm fine with the 14's; my donuts are the same size. But yeah I'll definitely keep your suggestions in mind as replacements.

I hope you find what you need then. I'm gonna be looking forward to your build. I'm not sure which side markers most people here have been using, but I've head like Audi and BMW as the cars providing the side markers. Saabs as well...in JDM land the BBS wheels were optional...I THINK. I have to look at the brochure again, but there were at least 2 mesh wheel options available. The one you're sourcing, and BBS of some sort.
