if they would fix the rust, plastic dip the bumpers ( or color match them ), spend for fogs, and throw on some stock alloys then the car would look pretty nice and could probably fetch 2000-2500 on the high end to the right person.

that dx is NOT worth that much. $1500 would be reasonable from a dealer but still I wouldn't buy it when I could find a decent dx for well under a grand.
