ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

91 Accord worth selling or junking?

Hey guys, so back in July of last year my 91 Accord EX started giving me trouble. First the heater went out followed a week after by the AC. The starter soon gave way . I replaced it but then the clutch switch went out. I took the car to a mEchanic and he told me the engine oil was leaking and that I also needed a new clutch. I was going to swap in a H22 into it but then bought a 05 Legacy GT, I got a good deal on it. Anyways I have since stopped using the car (Since Aug 2011) and I was wondering if you guys think the car is worth selling or should I just junk it and get $4oo?

i say keep it because what are you going to do when your car brakes down . have no way to do things that need to be done . fix it and hold on to it . the junk yard will only give 100 bucks . maby a little more .
this was put together by evil_demon_01 . You can also fined all this and more by him in the Common Beginner Technical Info can be found in here. PLEASE READ HERE FIRST

swap a h22 in, that way you have a nce peppy car for side driving(probably not as fast as ur gt but still nice) also its always nice to have a spare car in case u wanna do work to one or the other... just take the h22 swap on the side when ever u wanna do it, fast or slow... if anything throw a h22 in and sell it.. you could sell car for around 3-3.5k with an h22

Man in leaning towards keeping it and swapping a H22 now. That whole "what if your LGt breaks down" argument is very valid. If I get an offer that seems good I'll let her go but if not I'll see what I can do to restore her lol. Junking it seems unfair and since it's my first car I ever owned I could never do that to her.
