Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    *sigh* My SE got wrecked

    Figures.

    The guy I sold my SE to was in a little fender bender on December 30. He contacted me today to see if I had any parts.

    Apparently the front right corner has been hit and he needs a hood,RH fender, bumper & RH headlight/corner light.

    He's bringing the car to me tomorrow so I can assess the the damage. I offered to repair it for him if it's within my ability to do so.

            good idea

            When he gets there tell the guy that his headlights fluid went into his engine and that he should get rid of the car before it explodes.

                      Have to be careful, because if he goes through insurance and it gets reported, the car may become salvage titled. I think he's trying to deal without insurance, because he had mentioned about coming up with cash for the guy he hit.

                        Good news, the damage isn't bad. Just a minor punch in the front left corner.

                        Hood is slightly bent and needs replacing. Headlight lens is smashed, but the assembly is ok, so I will just get him a new lens, this way I wont have to blackhouse 1 headlight. Grille is all smashed and needs replacing. Corner light and fender are ok, as is the bumper cover.

                        I'm doing all the work and everything for about $250.

                            Got dropped off at my house about an hour ago on a tow truck because the battery was dead. Threw in the battery he supplied and it runs fine. Here's what I have to work with.

                            Very little damage to the rad support. Just a small dent I need to bang straight. From outer appearance, looks like this will be an easy fix.
