ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Anyone remember my white coupe?

Well it got junked all because the clutch went out.. I am so pissed off right now I would of paid double of what the junkyard paid him. I knew it was broke down so I kept trying to get in touch with him but never got through so I texted him today and he told me it was junked...

It was junked somewhere in Orlando, someone should go and buy it or take those rims even though its prob stripped by now

To those who dont remember or never seen it heres a few pics.

    You will be missed

the new owners never appreciate the car the way you did. Sorry to hear of its fate

I remember when chessboxer sold his beauty to a kid on here... it got slammed to the ground and overboosted... destroyed in a month. that was quite some time ago now... and to this day, he'll occasionally pull up a picture of that car and say "why did I sell it?"

It's funny how everyone sells their project but regret it the minute it leaves the driveway. Now I have no cb, no h22 and I don't have my coupe nomore. Yea I made money selling parts but I don't think it was worth it. That sucks to hear about chessboxer :/ I'll try to find his mrt.

So this dude junked to coupe all because the clutch went out? Who does that? He could have atleast sold it on CL, I'm sure the junker gave him pennies for it.

I second that shit .. Its rare to see people take care of cars they didn't build. That is the reason I will not sell my toys . I made a mistake selling a 96 Cobra that I had put more than 25K in it . It was well over 400 H.P. and I refused to sell it to a kid. That was the only crowd that was interested in it .Same kid kept coming over and looking at it . Finally brought his father over with the cash that I was asking for .Not 6 hrs, after I sold it , I got a call from my mom asking if I was okay . Said she heard the cars description on the Scanner , the kid wrecked it and lost a ARM due to the wreck.( He was showing out at a local hang out spot , he hit 2nd and lost control ) I felt bad for the kid and the family . I told the dad that it wasn't a Childs toy. When I seen the car after the wreck I started puking ..Never again will I sell one of my rides without parting it out first.People don't appreciate shit these days.

                        Couldnt agree more!^^

I refuse to trade or sell my car. And if it ever really came down to it i'd rather slowly go into debt keeping it in storage.

Im sry to hear abuoth the car Darkhusk thats a shame for sure. And like previously stated some1 that buys a car that has had so much bloodsweat and tears put into it could never respect it as much as the builder.

aw that sucks. it's a shame that no one respects a car they buy that's had that much money put into it.

stretch JDM- he didn't even have the car for a full day before he wrecked? damn that's a shame............
