ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

which? 90-93 accord trim carries F22A6

Just like the title says guys...I'm here saving a trip to Germany but still have enough to atleast give my turbo project a little bump. But I've decided to buy a coupe , I wanna hunt down a coupe with an F22A6 and swap my F22A* from my sedan to the coupe and viceversa, my F22A is rebuilt and built (semi) for turbo. And I want an A6 for the sedan.

Here's my understandings and please correct me if I'm wrong,

90-91 never came with an F22A6? Only the wagon in 91 did? Correct?

The 92-93 are more seen with am F22A6 and they don't have an F22A1

And I mean Trims like , EX DX..E.T.C

And if there's a thread that can show me how to identify these Trims by the interior or suspension please tell me and ill search it on the forum thank you:Ty:

And yes...I do know I'm posting on the beginner section

90 ex has a f22a4, basically a f22a1 with a a6 exhaust manifold, f22a6 is found in the usdm accord ex

      USDM models only:

ALL LX/DX models have an F22A1.
90-91 EX models have an F22A4
92-93 EX models have an F22A6
ALL SE models have an F22A6 (91 and 93, there was no SE in 90 and 92)
91 EX wagons had the F22A6, I believe (it'd be great if someone could verify that.)
The 93 1oth Anniversary Edition is essentially an LX, and has an F22A1

That clarifies nothing, and actually makes it MORE confusing.
The A4 manifold is NOT an A6 manifold... the A4 is tubular steel, the A1 and A6 are cast iron (and they are also not the same.) Each F22A model has its own specific manifold.

Deev covered the engines. As for the trim levels:
EX & SE will have moon roofs
LX will have no moonroof, but power windows and locks
DX will have no power features and black plastic bumpers, mirrors, and door handles

Those are the easiest ways to tell the trim levels apart at a glance.

The question was which had the F22A6, though.

Ah, ok. I missed that one.
And the OP must have missed the thread in this very section that went into detail about it just a couple days ago.
