ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

What do you guys think? Custom CB7

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98jgI...eature=related, this car is too much for me with all the lights but the body, headlights, and overall style of the car is beautiful. He says he did all work himself.

The body-kit is subtle enough to not be noticed, and the body work looks like it was done correctly. I dig the ram-air hood scoop, and the headlamps personally. Not a fan of the neons, fog lights, or interior lights though. Also the fenders are a bit extreme for my liking.

I can't blame him for the neons though, I had them when I was younger and thought they were the shit! :P It's not too ricey though, I've seen some fucked up CB7's...bright colors, huge wheels, aluminum wings, blegh.

I had neon too on my first honda. I wanted stickers too lol. I love the headlights personally. Also the tails are nice and I never seen those side markers, they look more elite than the universal ones I see all the time.

I had a sticker bombed lip, and slanted stickers on my rear window.

I had the altezzas too, but didnt look that bad on a 94, just 1 red circle. Cant find any back shots but I still have one at my moms.

I didnt think the led strip in the headlight could be done in a classy way but I like his design.

The only thing I'm not a fan of is the 18" badge on the side... I hate that.

Otherwise, the execution is coherent. Nothing is slapped together, and the whole car seems to be following a theme (black and blue, mainly.) It's not really in style these days, but in 2001 that would have been magazine-cover material.

I wouldn't want to own it myself (and i would most definitely destroy it with the way I drive! ) but I can appreciate the work that was put into it.

I think that while it was clean, it was overdone. Most of the work I see done is to make some aftermarket and performance look like it came on the car. To make our cars look higher class. All of his mods were just to make the car flashy. I didn't like how he presented the rims "they're the last of their kind."
Still a clean car that someone spent some good money on, I want his hood
Being normal is probably the lamest thing you can try to be

I think he meant that the rims are discontinued... most of the rims I have owned are the same way (mainly because I buy on closeout... )

The flashy style presented there is something that was truly in style 10 years ago. It's basically the style that brought the import scene into the mainstream.
