ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    I'm an idiot female

So I'm new to the forums myself, but my boyfriend of 3 years, Racer_XXX is around a lot. You guys might remember awhile back he was trying to make a cb7tuner PS3 theme. Well, it would never upload right but he saved the pictures on a flashdrive to try again at a later date. Little did he know it would end in disaster. He gave me the flashdrive to put music on, and I deleted the pictures thinking he didn't need them anymore. I feel like shit. He put a lot of work into it and with a few clicks of my mouse I trashed it. So here's the deal, in addition to a serious bit of grovelling I'd like to make it up to him, with you guys' help. If anyone has any pictures they's like to see on the theme, or any suggestions, I's like to get a lot of those pictures back so I can put it on a flashdrive and then never touch his crap again.

i have no idea what site he used to host the images. I know that he worked on it with a friend, who he's no longer friends with, and said ex friend no longer has pictures that he photoshopped either. I know there were some member rides that he did, some parts like steering wheels and signal lights, etc. that he edited for icons and that such thing but basically im trying to get him a bunch of pictures so he has at least a little of what i screwed up. However, i don't know a whole lot about cb7s other than hes obsessed with them and continually reminds me that my pontiac isn't one.

thanks guys. I'm just trying to fix my mistake. I think with the proper amount of grovelling and attempting to fix it might be ok. And maybe a steak for dinner...lol i have no idea what his password is but it should be fun trying

                      Let me pose a question....

did you or him try and download a recovery program to try and "recover" the items from the flash drive?!?!

There are free apps on the net for this....its worked for me before.

recovery programs only work if you don't add anything to the flashdrive in teh meantime, which I had, and I think I got it pretty much worked out. Im going to take some of the pictures from the thread, browse the members rides section and save it all teh the fd. Then remind him of the photobucket account and head to Walmart for that steak Thanks for your help guys. I really appreciate it

That is not true at all.

A recovery program restores items from the drives recycle folder(hence why people will tell you that even when you delete items, their not really deleted)

Unless you do a pass wipe x amount of times, then most likely the items are still there.

Even if you add items to the jump drive, it has no bearing on the recycle area(to my knowledge).
