ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Car Safety / General Servicing Checks --------Basic suspension checks

    My 5.7 LS1 Holden Ute

A "Finished" project car is never finished until its been sold.

If at first you don't succeed, Try again. Don't give up too easily, persistance pays off in the end.

The back part of the rear bumper is cut off, don't know if it was made that way or not. Running 1920x1080.

Thanks guys - Rear bumper cutoff is normal.

Certain resolutions will cause problems, but I'm hoping most people will run such a similar resolution that it won't be an issue.

I'm really looking to make sure the picture doesn't show like this:

            Thankyou.
I also had issues at work with 1200x800.

Yet at home I run 1366x768 and it comes out fine.

              That's weird.

Both of them are the same for me. I'm on a Toshiba laptop on the highest display setting. This computer's kind of old though, so I might be below average on resolution. But if I'm not, anyone with a laptop/small screen might not see it right.

Edit: I tried every setting, and none of them worked.

The bottom picture is made to look like that, the top is a normal picture when viewed on higher resolutions (At least I hope so)
That's the main thing I want to confirm - That it IS definatly a resolution issue, and not a screen size issue

I figured you meant to, that's why I said they were both the same. I think it's just because my resolution width is smaller.

That's alright - I think I can pretty much guarantee, that this wont work on any phone.

I debated posting only cause I'm at work and images usually get blocked...so not sure if that is playing a part here...but man it is MESSED up on my screen! Kinda all over the place...your second pic is also a little off.

                          screen res 1440x900

on my ipod it is also messed up, sorta like it was cut into strips from side to side...then cut halfway down the middle from top to bottom...then the left half strips were put in between the right halfs little strips.

I'm sure that makes lots of since...

Thankyou - believe it or not I understand perfectly

                            So, So far:

                            1920x1080, 1680x1050, 1366x768 works fine.
                            1200x800, 1440x900 doesn't work.

                            Hmmm I wonder why 1440 won't work.
