ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

I never took notice... then my stepdad (who owned a car dealership) gave me the option of buying one of three cars for $3500... 92 Accord, 94 Camry, 96 Stratus. The Accord was my last choice, mainly because it had a manual transmission, which I didn't like (and didn't know how to drive.) The Accord looked old, boxy, beat to shit...

As you can see... my opinion has changed. Considerably.

Same as deeve, never paid any attention to them until I bought one as my first car. I knew I wanted a Honda, but couldn't afford a BB6, and was not going to buy a Civic. Long story short I've had three. Four if you count a complete parts car.

Honestly if it wasn't for this site I would have moved on to something else years ago.

That's probably true for me as well... Having a passionate community to be a part of definitely helps to stay motivated. Plus, if there's anything I need to know about my car, I not only have thousands of people worldwide on here to help, but a bunch of people that will drop everything to actually be there in person to lend a hand. I don't think every forum has that.

I had no idea anything cool could be done with a CB until I stumbled across CB7T. 5 years later I'm CB'less but still check in daily. I'll get another one eventually.

Everyone I've ever owned has been totaled out by careless drivers.

I never really liked Hondas cus of the a-hole civics around here. I grew up with V8s too. But I had my Exploder up for sell/trade and a guy offered a CB for it. After thinking about it (how reliable, mpg) and that I just had a baby, I did the trade. Ive had to do a LOT of work to my CB (cus it was so riced out) but it was worth it. I never had any break downs yet.

I got a 91 LX 10yrs ago and did not bother modding it and sold it.
Then last yr I bought another 91LX and modding was addicting.

I guess I'm the opposite of everyone. Around 1993 or 1994 when I was just starting to get ready to take my learners license, I picked up a bit of interest in cars and for whatever reason, the 90-93 Accords REALLY appealed to me. There was nothing about the design that I didn't like.

Friend's parents had a 92 or 93 EX in white and I was really impressed by how smooth and quiet it rode. So, I ran out and got the closest thing I could afford which was an $2000 83 4dr Accord LOL. But that thing never let me down and I've been a huge Accord fan since.

??? That's one of the things I love most about the Accord, its practicality means you can keep it forever. I've read several times of people having to get rid of their Integra or hatch projects because of babies entering their lives. Even the CB coupes have full-size rear seats!

Before ever having a car, Hondas as project builds were a joke in my eyes. Before owning my CB just a few short years ago it was my sister's and my dad was giving me his prestine (honestly) '93 Escort wagon. It was manual, I really didn't care to learn it at the time despite liking the idea of having what was virtually a brand new car, and the CB was auto and slightly more of a beater than it is now. My sister was desperate for a manual so I traded her. She's since switched to a newer Kia but lets me know every now and then how she so misses her Accord... it couldn't be in better hands.

i didnt use to like hondas, my first car was a 93 mr2, then i fell in love with mitsu, not being able to have a 3000gt i opted for the lancer, i went through 3 lancers before i stumbled upon the cb, got it as a project car and then lost my 09 lancer, shortly thereafter i found cb7t and now im in love

I lived in the city and was never really into car but my older brother had subscriptions to alot of tuning magazines. One magazine had a cb7 on the cover, a fiesta green coupe with some nice allows and few other stuff, cant really remember much of it but i did remember seen it had swapped the " H " logos with Autobots logo. Since then i always wanted a cb7.
