i wouldnt drive it around either not in that state. ide trade the daytons for stocks right away.
oh now that you mention it it is a vinyl top you can see the chrome trim by the rear quarter panel. good eye didnt notice it

The bay doesn't look too bad... but still, that's 42,000 miles in nearly 20 years? If it wasn't driven 2,000 miles a year, then it was left sitting (and rotting) for who knows how long... I'd be more willing to trust a car with 150,000 miles than one with 42,000... even if it was legit!

Honestly, mechanical parts can be replaced fairly inexpensively. So if the interior is in good shape, and the body has no rust or bondo on it, then it might even be worth that amount. It looks REALLY clean... even the engine bay has been painted, so they at least did that right! Of course, unless they painted around the engine, they would have had to pull the engine out... and who knows what got messed up then.
