ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

That's quite a bit of money for a 12 year old car... BUT, it appears to be in very nice shape. It seems to be very tastefully modified, though you need to remember that it IS modified... which means an amateur has taken a wrench to it. That could suggest that some stupid things were done.

Those are very much in demand. They are extremely popular in the Subaru crowd, and IMO, it's one of the best looking Subarus ever built.

I'd say it's worth taking a look... but I'm wary of the modifications, the price, and the age.

I rarely see them boosted. I've seen quite a few of them around here.

If I had one... I'd definitely boost it!

being a subaru guy, i think thats worth the money for whats done to it. some of that stuff is hard to find, and expensive. a stock 2.5RS will sell for 6500 in good condition no problem.

for best reliability, swap in a wrx motor/trans and have ECS (east coast swappers) make you the conversion harness and the new motor will plug right in.

you think hondas are like legos? Subarus are that and then some. you can bolt a full sti driveline into that car with no real mods to the chassis. Ive got a sti 6 speed, diff, axles, rear knuckles and big gold brembo brakes on my 94 legacy wagon and it all bolted right in

My buddy was the project car for Vishnu, Shiv Pathak, when he was developing the turbo kit for this car.

It was truely amazing to ride in.

In that condition yeah its worth it. I had a 98 GF8 wagon. RS hood, RS bumper, RS sideskirts, sti calipers and rotors and pads. I love that car. It was my first autoX car. The only thing I hated about that car was the acordian shift boot. Man that was ugly to me. I'm trying to find another wagon now.
