Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    storage was burglarized

    DENVER COLORADO 9/11/2010
    just went to my Public Storage and my storage was burglarized and everything is gone.
    There was
    3 sets of 92-93 JDM 1 piece headlights
    2 or 3 sets of NOS Genuine Factory Honda 92-93 FOGS NIB
    2 sets of the 90-91 aftermarket tails with the round lights NIB
    2 sets of 90-91 red and clear tails NIB
    2 sets of 92-93 clear front turns NIB
    and a lot of other stuff.
    If you have heard of anybody trying to sell any of these I sure would like to know about it.
    I hadn't been to my storage for about 6 months so it could have happened awhile ago.
    NIB = NEW IN BOX
    NOS = NEW OLD STOCK

    Damn man sucks to hear about your situatuon. I have no clue what state you live in.

    Thieves need to have their hands cut off. More then likelly it's someone that knew what yoU had or saw what you put in, was there any other storages broken into?

          Geez.

          Sorry to hear that, man. Were other units burglarized besides yours? Your storage facility should have surveillance camera footage you could look into, if you haven't already.

            eh.. Public Storage huh.

            you most likely dont have insurance (which is not needed and its not like they recover anything from theft.

            What did the manager say?

            Was your lock still on? Or was it missing? Have you ever told anyone your items were there? Was your lock tampered with?

            Managers/employees should not have copies or masterkey of anykind.

            Is the top covered with mesh or bars?

            Have you ever paid your unit very late. Like passed 30 days?

                    yeah dude i know how it feels my 92 ex cb7 was stolen RIGHT out of my front driveway in a locked gate i was missing for over 6 days called the cops filed report i found it like 3 miles away crashed into a bunch of trees with my air filter jdm headlights battery stereo system all that shit stolen it was painted another color stickers were scraped off i was distrought i had to purchase all new shit.. but yeah man look on ebay and seller sites that are popular.. but a smart theif would sell to people in another area or to close friends and stuff that they know wouldnt know you.. and like others said its probably someone you know or that knows you and knows that you got that stuff in your storage but good luck on the search.

                      this is starting to become a problem in my area cars are ending up missing its gotten outta hand man i miss the old days u could park ur car outside UNLOCKED OR MY NEIGHBORS WOULD HELP KEEP WATCH now theres so many punks and (goons)in this game theres no respect or dignity any more

                        I have a pedal lock on my car, and shiiit i put that thing on no matter where i go, it might not stop them from stealing my car by it sure as hell will slow them down, unless they tow it. I don't even like leaving tools outside for 10 minutes without someone outside. but a buddy of mine posted a full on video of his buddies DB integra getting stolen from right in front of his house. Video in color and everything 2 guys, were in a little primered EJ civic Hopefully justice is SERVED

                              Excalibur02 has a very interesting point, was the lock tampered with? Or did it look like someone got in there somehow? I would be raising hell in the office. They have to have some kind of video cameras around there somewhere. Chances are, you might not get any of that stuff back but if you found out who did it, you could open up some whoop ass!!!
