Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    which posts go against your post count?

    I know that off topic and the image gallery don't count for your post. But i have been posting in the others and it's doing nothing for my count. Care to elaborate on this anyone?

    lol i was wondering the same thing! i'm not trying to whore out by any means, but i've been chillin' on zero for a little while.

          It's amazing what reading the "read this section first!" stuff will tell you!

          You might want to read the other rules and explanations before you guys get yourselves banned.


          The great thing about the post count is it's VERY easy to spot who hasn't bothered with the rules!

            My bad. I blame the AZ school system. Teachers always said there's no such thing as a dumb question. Forgive my ignorance.

              That's right, there is no such thing as a dumb question...

              but when the answers are already there, in the section that you are expected to have read before you began posting... well, you can see what I'm getting at.

              Do you go into a store with signs saying "EVERYTHING IS $1!" and ask the cashier how much select items are?







              Additionally, the off topic and image gallery are the only areas (aside from the CD5tuner section, which is clearly green and different from this part of the site...) that don't count. If you have been posting in the other 3 areas, your count has been increasing. If the posts were worthless, they were very likely being deleted. If that's the case, your count will eventually be reset, and if the worthless posts continue, you will be banned. (that is also in the rules.. use your fancy AZ education and check them out now, please!)

                lol Have you ever seen the movie Clerks? I worked at a porn/smoke shop for a few years, we had a big board of stickers for sale with "Stickers- $2.95" posted all over the board. EVERYone who looked at the stickers asked how much they were.
