I mean non street legal CB7's because i plan on doing one in the next year and i wanted to know if anyone has done it. Ive searched a bit and found nothing, Except for Bisi's dragster. I want to literally do a full dragster setup in a CB.

There is a V8 Rwd CB around that is a drag car.

K has more overall potential, and a growing aftermarket. However, for the price of just getting a stock K in there, you can have a pretty heavily modified H. Or F.
If all you want to do is go fast... boost the F22A. It'll be the cheapest route to fast, and cheapest to fix when it breaks. And it will break eventually.
