Promblem With My Dad Van Hid!!!

Hi guys i have a huge promblem with my vans lights....There Hid conversion kit..Meaning that they have one Led bulb 8000k for the low beam and one small halogen bulb for the highbeam. it looks like this but not the brand.....

well the promblem now is i install it and once we turn on the lights....It's only giving highbeam halogen instead of the led bulb...Even if we drive with daytime running lights, it just gives off plain ugly whitish/yellow instead of that nice blue led .. we wire everything PERFECTLY cause it's the same as my accord and my accord hid work fine. the accord gives led and once i put it in highbeam both halogen and led bulb light up....What could be the promblem of my vans Hid....IT'S A 2003 ford windstar sport

HID, LED, or halogen? Which is it?

I can barely understand you... if English isn't your primary language, then I mean no disrespect and we'll do our best. If it IS your primary language, then please type so we can understand you.

If you plugged everything up correctly, then either the kit is damaged, or the van's wiring is damaged. Most likely, you did something incorrectly, or you managed to order the wrong kit.

I REALLY hope you're running an auxiliary harness to your battery with these kits... or you're going to fry the stock wiring.

if what i read is right.then 0nly ur high beam is w0rkin when the hid sh0uld be 0n.......my guess is that u have ur hid bulb input wires 0n the high beam side..? when bu turn 0n ur high beams d0es ur l0w/hids c0me 0n?

00000000 i see ur pr0blem!!! is eather hid 0r hal0gen because the kit is n0t duel beam.un plug the h0lagen bulbs and plug in ur hids and they will w0rk.
