check fuel pressure. mine..running sits at 29psi and i already done a fuel filter. it needs to turn over like 6 times for it to fire from a cold start. fuel pump soon

i have a fuel pressure kit and have set it up on a cb7 in about 5 minutes. lmk if you need help cause i know you are south bay.

have you done a t-belt every 90k? Is one due now?
any oil leaks will just continue to leak

as for will the internals hold up...they held up till now...I don't see them suddenly just failing on you.

But again...this depends on a LOT...how has the maintenance been up to now? What kind of fluids/parts have been installed when replacing was required (cheap or quality), have you adjusted valve lash as well?

If this were my car I would say HELL YEAH NO PROBLEM!! But I don't know how you drive/maintain your car.

If you t-belt isn't due, you don't have a lot of seals leaking (which would indicate your t-belt is prolly due as they are replaced when the t-belt is) and you've checked/changes ALL your fluids I'd say you are good to go...but again...this isn't my car so I can't give you a definitive answer.

The one time I got a flat on the highway, ironically was on the way to pick up my new wheels. So I get the flat and go to put onmy donut and the damn thing was flat.

I drove my 93 Coupe from Nashville, TN to Bakersfield, CA and back....230k miles on the motor, only had a flat tire.

I've known cars that had far less preventative maintenance make trips like that.

Just keep an eye on your gauges, be aware of any funny sounds or vibrations. Make sure your suspension and brakes are in safe condition (that's more important than the engine!)

For added security, AAA+ would be a VERY smart thing to have! (after 3 years of driving for a living, I finally got it myself! )

x2 AAA gave me a 50mile tow back home when my clutch went out

usually when I'm cruising down the highway at 65-70 my rpm is 3000 and that i know thats normal.
