Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

        We don't have 4 cars we have 3 that are registered and insured. The Track car is still driveable b/c we live relatively close to many tracks and will be driving it to those tracks and/or meets this summer.

        We're not looking for a 4th car b/c right now we think it would be fiscally irresponsible to pay for a car and insurance for a vehicle we're only going to use a handful of times.

          and r33 did not mean to give u n rusty a hard time. i think i'm jelous that you have a s2000 lol. but i still think maybe like help a friend that needs a car. like help them buy a truck and borrow it a few times a year? in that case you both win, and you guys come out looking good helping out someone.


          second best is buy a beater and flip it when done. spring is cmoong new contractors is coming out and they will need a truck to pull and haull things. so you guys will proable get your money back or more if you did some fixups lol.

            Did you guys ever find a solution on how to get a truck? I'm going to be having the same problem at the end of April.

              nope

              right now it looks like my dad is just going to rent one for us from a Ford Dealership and he'll just join us at the track.

                When my friend called Enterprise they said we need a business license to rent a vehicle capable of towing.

                Uhaul said its 19.95 a day + 0.59 per mile and 60 a day for the trailer.

                19.95 x 4 days = $79.8
                60 x 4 days = $240
                .59 x 900 miles = $531

                Total of $850.8 + tax, insurance, other fees, and gas.

                  exactly. Except we needed it to tow 1400 miles. LOL
