You don't upload pics to my server. You upload pics to someone else's server and link to them.
Try paying the bills around here... then you can upload whatever you want. Until then, please enjoy the free site. It's not cheap.

True, Stickys are definitely a win. Not that I know of, but I can look into it. I'm one of the few people that never uses that feature (which is bad, I know... I focus mainly on the Beginner and OT sections.... and anything that I'm subscribed to!)
