ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

Most of the ones I see around here are Crown Vic's with a truck frame/suspension mounted underneath them. Much safer than it sounds like you guys have around you, but stupid looking beyond belief.

"Any POS late 80's or early 90's American heap (preferably an Impala) that has large enough wheels installed until it resembles (and rides and handles like) a Conestoga wagon. This is done so it sits up high enough so as to be at the same eye level as the Playas with real juice ridin in their Escalades. Adding in a bad candy paint job and Wal-Mart sub box completes the transformation.
With no money left over for necessary suspension and brake upgrades, the lifespan is limited to a few drug runs or the first Police chase, whichever occurs first."

For some reason I like making fun of these things..., they just make it so easy. I don't think this one classifies though, he needs bigger rims.

This one definitely classifies, and you couldn't pay me to get in this car:

I used to work in an auto parts store, and these guys would constantly be bringing in tie rods and ball joints in for the "lifetime warranty." I would start talking to them about their lifted "Bubble" and then say, "so this came off of that right?". They would have some story about the car breaking in an intersection, or whatever. I would just look at them, explain the warranty, and then say if you can afford 7 grand in wheels: you can afford a $24 tie rod end. I had to call the cops a couple times, but after awhile they learned. I appreciate the work that has gone into any properly modified car, but when it breaks it's on you...

                      "To each their own".
I don't care what people do to their cars, if their happy with the car, then I'm happy for them.
