ok im a noob when it comes 2 accidents this is my 1st. so i was on the highway in my car my friend was in his cuzins car with his cuzin in it. now he tryed 2 race me so when he started hitting the gas he hit a slab of ice and hit me only have fender nd corner light damage ill post pics layter. i was windering if i throw this 2 da insurance company will my friends cuzins insureance go higher?? i was ll <-- this close 2 beating hit ass rite then nd there :'(.

Yes, if it gets reported his insurance will go up. Probably not by alot but it will go up.

inlese they have accident forgiveness. and also some places allow you a slip up every now and again

If the damage isn't that bad then you'd be better off having your friend just give you cash to go to the junk yard or order parts online with and fix it yourself.

if the damage is not bad. You could make him pay for new parts from the junkyard and get them color-matched, or you could go through insurance.

since the accident wasnt your fault, make sure you get a police report and send it to your insurance so they kno you wasnt at fault.


i had gotten to a 3 car accident cuz of a old lady pulling out in front of the stop sign, and it wasnt my fault, but my insurance had me down as FAULT and i was payin 30 bucks more a month for my insurance.
