i think it was because of the detail. you could look into their eyes.

normally i don't share vids like this, but this one seemed different.

See these cool dudes at work all the time, but they never last because the humidity is never right. You can trigger the hairs with a toothpick and it'll close, but I think they can only close an X amount of times before the trap dies. Super great quality in that video.

havnt been able to find venus fly traps for awhile, they are pretty interesting
