hey guys im 19 with a 91 coupe ex rear windows tinted exhaust. i started drivin it not 2 long ago but when i did drive it cliutch was slipping. then one day my clutch started slipping in every gear so bought clutch,flywheel. nd sent her away 2 a shop came out fine. soo we had a bit of rain 2day roads wet damp w.e. about 7:00 went 2 hang out with my x at this "stadium" bhind a school over here in bayonne. so she has 2 go. so i leave her car get in mine.she pulls off theres a car bhind her looks like a normal car. remember i have a new clutch i accidently pop the clutch tires chirp. now us 3 stop at the stop sign guy in front of me pulls over. so i go pulls up bhind me lights nd sirens. so he gets out the car. "shut off your vehicle for me". "do you know why i stoped you". me "yea cuz my tires chirp but i jus got a new clutch". "ive herd that one before ive been driving clutch for years and that never happend to me how long have you been driving?". me "a year in august". give him my paper work cuz he asked for it. comes back gives me the ticket nd says information is on the back your getting a careless driving ticket. walks away "wait can i pay this now??" "yup". "any points??" "possibly". i was like wtf didnt explain shit. so i came home parked da cb outside was like love u but not ganna drive anymore stick 2 walkin nd bike ridin.

I would go to court explain your story and ask them to charge is as a no point offence

Yea hes right/ I would take the paper work aswell. Or go to the shop and get a receipt from the day you go the car done!

hey guys i beat the ticket it got pushed to me payinglike $250 no points but if i got anuther ticket with points it would dubble the next ticket then i got pushed down to being unsafe driving or something like that i had to pay 80 no points

Sounds like you voluntarily bent over by going in front of the judge unprepared (should have taken a photo of the skid marks) and also for admitting you did anything wrong to the officer.


Since you're 19, didn't you just graduate from high school? Did you already forget how to use punctuation and the space bar?
