ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

i mean the camaro will be a cts with diff body styling, and i doubt they'll drop the v8, there will always be enthusiasts looking for those. as far as a 4 banger camaro i really dout it chevy has never used a small engine on them, the 3.8 has been the smallest, if anything they should use the 3.8 turbo like the one on the gn and typhoon/cyclone

3.8 is long dead, and they did use a 3.4
the technolgy these days is direct injection, which is what base camero gets
and there is a ecotec turb camero running around for testing put out the same power as the v6 and gets better mpg which is what gm needs to shwo the american market it still wants to build cars

The 89 and below camaro 6's came with the 2.8 v6. 115-120hp. Don't get any closer to 4 cylinder than that. Good thing my 92' was a 3.1!

Before I moved to Wv, I had a 94' Z28, and I wouldn'tve given it up for anything. They're work, but I've put 3 times as much work into this Accord, than I did that camaro, and with this accord, it's just replacing factory OEM parts that are going bad. If I babied the Z on the highway, I'd get some fairly decent gas mileage. Around 22-24, which isn't too shabby for a 5.7

But, the Honda will last a long time (if you keep replacing shit), but very rarely will you ever see a 94 z28 THAT RUNS, with 240,000 miles on it. They crap out around 150-160k, with good maintenance.

So equipped, the Iron Duke Camaro had 0-60 mph acceleration of around 20 seconds, which left Camaro owners to drum their fingers while school buses rocketed past in a blur of yellow

A lx civic hatch, 92hp. 1600 or something pounds. Did what, an 18 in the quarter?

82 Duke Camaro, 90hp. 3300 or something pounds. hrm, possibly a 32.7 in the quarter.
