S2K rod - certified gangster. Makes me want one.... I would probably use a 7MGTE though only because of availability.

dude look at the pic, the header has so many bottle necks it's crazzy.. and they are only tack welded on for that....

it more than likely doesn't run.. as i don't even see the extensive wiring harness it would need.

i dont think it looks ratty at all. looks like a primer coat somewhat. looks bad ass with the yellow. sets it off real nice esp sense its like the only color on the car

Look at the steering wheel design three posts above me lol. Someone got bored with a welder. Overall i'm with Keele and the few other people out there that like this style. Now granted I have certain things about certain vehicles in this thread that I don't like but hey it's not my car. I may have to find a way to go by a VW now.

i can understand the old school rat rod cars and trucks but not the honda rat rod look.if i knew there were people that would buy hondas like that i would have let my 95 rust away some more before i sold itthe whole front end was primered and had surface rust

i think i'm gonna buy some junkers and start selling them.about 2 miles from my house theres a place where a tow yard dumped a bunch of cars back in the day.theres probably 100 cars sitting there that people don't know about

Example... I wear and like my old worn out New Balance shoes,, they fit my style in comfort appeal and practicality.

I am in no way telling all of you to go out and buy these shoes because i like them....
Much less if you own a pair to rag them out and put holes in them to match mine...

This whole idea is kinda like one mans trash is another mans treasure....

maybe my idea of expression and art is twisted.. i dunno, but i do know... that i too have seen some ugly cars, i wouldn't own on here, but that doesn't take away from the individualization each has put into it..

I being the painter i am,, One by nature and trade, is taught and certified to corrsion protection every vehicle and make it as slick and shiny as possible keeping it from rusting in the next 10 years at least..

So this by no means is something i would specificly tell one to do to their own car, knowing the value would drop if not performed correctly......

But Gosh i do love how it looks!

I feel you on the shoes lol. I have some old ass Adios that I can't quit wearing. The sole is comming off of both of them and they are torn up but they are comfortable as hell.

I dont think hondas look good like that, old vws ya, but not hondas its bad enough that the v8 guys hate hondas. Why give more fuel to the fire.
