ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

umm to drift your car it would have to be rear wheel drive and our cars are front wheel drive so you would have to spend alot of money to convert it to rwd so technically you arent drifting

are cars are not meant to drift, at best we can mod them for the track or drag racing.
we don't have the power in the rear to get the proper friction that allows the ease of drifting, stick to track racing, other wise it tares up the suspension.

The best way to drift is rwd vehicle, that is a true statement, in rally they use awd vehicles to drift in snow and dirt and in street, fwd supposedly is only a powerslide, not true statement because drifting means control the vehicle in a turn in an uncontrolled manner, in youtube there are alot of videos of fwd drifting, search under ef drifting or accord drifting or civic drifting and you'll see, it's not that awesome like rwd but it's possible....... So let make the question different what about who has fun with their cars sliding around?

people call it drifting, because they are ignorant... I can start calling it SMURFING, and if others start calling that, then it will be called that... Doesnt make the act of kicking the ass end out any different, just another wrong name...

Well I definitely call it drifting, lol. It has nothing to do with being ignorant, ok...if I want to be politically correct I'd call it powersliding. But I just don't care, lol, because drifting through the snow is great fun.

I always go drifting on the first snow of the season. I'll go out that night at 3 in the morning just to catch the fresh snow. Just thinking about snow drifting brings back so many memories, haha.

You cannot actually drift an accord lol. Maybe you can get it to slide sideways in the snow or you can do that *** tray shit people do, but both of those things suck compared to real drifting. I have drifted a few different cars...240sx's, fc rx7 and even a mercedes. If you want to drift, get a rwd car. (on a side note, lol mercedes' are not the best cars to try and drift.)

Up where I live, we have a paved road, with light sand on it. Its real fun to rev in high first and then pull the e brake for a second and try to control your car through the turn..... ahh good times until my friend had to buy new tiers because he got bald spots. I dont even try to do it in my cb7.
