should i get a dermal tool

if so should which one , 4.2 or 7.2 volt cordless or should i get the 100 or 300 non cordless dermal

is it worth the $$$ and do they last even if i abuse them on tough jobs

i know i want one cause i can do many projects with them , i just don't want one if i cant do the job.

example: i want to grind metal but the Dremel battery dies quick, then i wouldn't want it

I'm guessing you mean Dremel. My advice is if you need something heavy duty, get a Rotozip. I've killed several Dremels, they're really more of a hobby tool. I do have a Black and Decker RTX that has held up to some pretty severe usage.

Hahahaha I have a "Craftsman Rotary Tool" that works amazingly, it has a router attachment and stuff too. It's just like a Dremel

I have the same dremel. Corded. I used it to cut a hole in my CB to install my side markers and cut out the space for my fogs. Works great. I like the reliability of the cord. I'll just forget to charge the battery if it wasnt.

I had a corded one and killed it. Bought a stylus one and it's awesome. Both dremel brand. The stylus is great for junkyard trips.

I have used mine for 3-4 years for EVERYTHING, including cutting into the rear decks on two cars for speakers/subs. it's taken a beating and looks like hell, but still works like a charm. best investment i ever made, and it takes dremel bits too, so you're never short at the store when you need new cutting wheels etc.
