Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

    Saved Parking

    During the winter here in Chicago a lot of people save parking spaces. Where I live we have to get a Parking Permit Sticker for 30 bucks a year. So since we all pay to park in the city streets shouldn't people not save parking for themselves?. Anyways, I am getting tired of this and I want to know what should I do. Call the cops right?? does anyone else have a similar problem?

    P.S: I just parked in a saved space but i was to lazy to remove the stuff that was there(nothing of value) so My CB crushed it. Now I'm afraid the might brake my windows.

    call your local police and ask them... They would know best.

      No, I think you got the right solution there man. Wne you leave, you should take the crushed remains and put it on their doorstep with a not that says "thanksfor SAVING the parking spot for me"... make sure to draw a smiley face on it.

      Thats TOTAL bullshit. Everyone pays for a permit, everyone gets a shot at the spaces. You cant just fucking leave shit all over the place and say "oh thats mine its saved" This isnt fucking public school, no "savsies", its not rocket science.

      Im with you 100% on this one. In fact, if they did that shit here, I would go out of my way to crush EVERYTHING and ANYTHING that I sway left in a parking spot to "save" it, even if I didnt need to park there, just pull in, crush everything, pull out.

      Next time move it all in front of thier house and set it on fire.

          I for sure will post pics. You have NO idea what they used to save spots. They use chairs, tables, toys, boxes, tree trunks, bicycles, even police tape. You named , they've used it. I'll go around the city today and take pics.

              Fuck it. Id take the chance.

              Its a bullshit thing to do, end of story.

              If EVERYONE just starts moving/smashing that shit it will be unefective and people will stop doing it.

              The ABSOLUTE best would be to happen to be there at JUST THE RIGHT TIME. Just as the person is removing the last peice of junk thayre using the save the spot, just cruise right in like you own it, and then THANK THEM for saving the spot for you.

              Shit.... Ive made people move that were STANDING in spots at the mall to try to "SAVE" them. If yer car aint it it.... fuck you. Thats my basic attitude on it.
