Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

      Traffic seperation.

      Can you imagine how chaotic this board would be if the noobs flooded the main forums? Its not just due to the fact people are noobs, its the amount of traffic. I dont think anyone here likes driving home at 4-5pm in the middle of rush hour. Why should or would that be any different here.

      ChIoVnIdCa is right. Raise it to 100.

          Let me respond.

          First: Fuck you.

          Let me elaborate. I run two sites. Lately, all I can do is simply ensure that two sites remain on the internet, because I am WAY too busy to bother doing anything else at the moment.

          CD5tuner only exists because I made it. I don't even own a CD5. I never owned a CD5. If it weren't for a few members on that site, such as Velocifero, I wouldn't even LIKE CD5s. It's guys like him that have amazing cars, lots of knowledge, and a true sense of community that make me even care to keep it going. Whiny members that have nothing to contribute but bad grammar and complaints certainly don't make me want to bother doing anything at all. It may get updated. It may get deleted. Who knows. A simple request for a change would be more positive than "someone tell Deev how to run the sites that he so genrously provides for us FOR FUCKING FREE!"
          Yeah. Real nice. I appreciate it.

          Second:
          The OT and Animal Forums don't count so idiots can't say "nice dog" or "sweet ride" 30 times and then have access to the rest of the forum. That completely defeats the purpose of the Beginner Forums. I belive a few members in this thread have made that clear already. Jonas pretty much nailed it on the head (and what do you know... he got it directly from the sticky thread that I wrote waaaaay back when I created this forum to explain things!)



          It WAS 100. I lowered it because people bitched. That was back when I gave a shit. Now, I don't really care. Those that actually matter to this forum will understand and appreciate the way things are run. Those that bitch obviously don't get it, and obviously don't have enough information to share, or enough desire to learn, to bother. Good riddance, I say. Maybe I'll put it back to 100. Then I'll totally disappear so I don't have to deal with all the moronic PMs complaining about it.
